I have read it, and even proof-read it for you. I took my own time to do this.
You will soon understand why I don`t usually like to spend time on
other people`s translations; because they are often so terrible
that they nauseate me.
You say this fellow is a lawyer?
In that case I must confess I am quite shocked at the poor,
pretentious quality of this supposedly educated individual`s translation.
I feel truly bad, because you are not a native English speaker and can
thus be fooled by such a fraudulent style. I, on the other hand, recognise
literary blasphemy when I see it.
Please throw his offensive version of the article directly into the trash,
and if need be use my own new hasty reconstruction.
My version is far from perfect as I simply did not have enough information
to work with, owing to his poor rendition.
He had no thesis, no citations, no logic and worst of all, no evidence.
Just a complete waste of space;
throwing around wishy-washy words like it`s going out of style...

My critique is unapologetic, and necessarily ruthless.
The work was in such a poor condition I was quite ready to amputate
rather than dissect it carefully as I did.
I hope you understand the severity of that situation - do not allowed
yourself to be fooled by these contemptible charlatans.
I have zero tolerance for such affectation.
I hereby apologize to you on behalf of the English community
for allowing such a bastard piece of work to go unchecked for so long.
I have done my utmost to amend it, but since I don`t have real info
on the subject it is impossible to make the article truly believable.
I have at least scraped away most of the festering
penmanship however, so perhaps not all is lost.
Otherwise you have my sincerest sympathies.
Nihil Sub Sole Novum. Best of luck,
